I had the pleasure of working with Crystal to find my first home! Crystal was beyond helpful, she was extremely patient with me and knowledgeable about the entire process. As a first time home buyer I had A LOT of questions and she always had the answer, and if for some reason it was a crazy question that she had no way of knowing she contacted whoever she needed to (usually property managers or the listing agent) to find the answer to my question. We looked at many, many, many condos and I fell in love with a few but with the crazy market by the time I made up my indecisive mind and wanted to put an offer in the condo was already under contract/ off the market, or my offer either wasn’t accepted or was countered for wayyy more than I was willing to pay. After seeing a lot of condos that just didn’t feel like home to me and also not having offers get accepted I was extremely deflated and pretty close to calling it quits with my search but Crystal assured me that the right one was out there and that she was going to do whatever she possibly could to make sure I found it. Turns out she couldn’t have been more right and after what seemed like years of searching (really only a few months) I found the perfect home for me. I honestly can not thank Crystal enough for all of her hard work and dedication to helping me find my home. She was with me through the entire process, including a nightmare experience with getting my financing (which she kept me sane during), I could tell that she actually cared about me and my happiness and that I wasn’t just a number to her. I truly cant sing her praise enough, if you want a realtor that is going to go above and beyond for you, then Crystal is exactly who you are looking for! Crystal was always willing to answer and/or research any question we had. We felt comfortable working with her from day 1 to day 340! She is incredibly organized and really stuck to our preferences and requests when showing us houses.
Crystal was the listing agent for the house I sold and the buying agent for the house I bought. Crystal had a great knowledge of houses available in the area. In this crazy market, she was always fast and flexible to get me in to see houses as they became available. Her excellent communication skills allowed her to work well with other agents and always kept me up to date on showings. She made recommendations for the sale of my house and was always consultative when looking at new houses.
